Fabulous proven track record

I've been using this company for a good number of years and the quality has always been great. But their customer service is the most amazing thing. Recently the PO managed to break open a package and "lose" 1000 pre-printed labels. Dura-ID replaced them, no questions asked, the next day. I'm so used to next day delivery from them but this went above and beyond.
