At Pat Labels Online we pride ourselves in our ability to manufacture labels of the highest quality and endeavour to provide a fast, reliable service. However, in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with one or more of our Products, we will at our discretion, deliver to you a replacement Product or refund to you the price paid and your reasonable costs of returning the Products to Pat Labels Online in re-saleable condition.
Returns will be accepted if:-
1. The Product delivered is not what you ordered, or does not correspond with its description;
2. The Product delivered is not of a satisfactory quality; or
3. The Product is not fit for any other purpose for which you have bought it and you notified Pat Labels Online of this purpose before purchase, and Pat Labels Online has not informed you that the Product is not fit for that purpose.
Pat Labels Online must be contacted regarding the return within 7 days of receipt of said goods. All returns must be received by Pat Labels Online within 14 days of Purchase. After this period any outstanding payment cannot be void, nor can any monies paid be refunded.
No credit will be given or complaint accepted unless the goods are returned to our registered address, detailed below.
In the event of returning goods to us, we strongly recommend you use a recorded delivery service as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
