At PAT Labels Online, we have a variety of visual inspection labels, which are available with or without re-test dates. We stock a standard range of these adhesive labels, along with LabelGuard® tags, both for portable appliances.
The visual inspection labels are made from an extra tough, non-rip matt polypropylene material, using Durgagrip, providing an ultra-strong adhesive. Not only that, but they are waterproof and weatherproof, making them perfect for harsh environments. This plastic surface also makes it ideal for writing on, with our recommendation being a permanent fine liner, such as the twin tip Sharpies that we stock. These adhesive labels are available in blue, green, or black, and measure at 49mm x 25mm.
These labels are also able to be personalised with the appliance ID number, test date, re-test due date, engineer name, company name and contact number. They are stocked in different designs, with our 4th edition available for the same price.
LabelGuard® tags have a similar purpose to adhesive tags, but they differ in that labels are bought separately, and slide inside the transparent polycarbonate clip-in cover, with the tag itself made from a strong, injection moulded plastic. These are available in blue and green, recommended for passed safety tests, red for failed, and yellow for when there is a warning, such as the danger of an electrocution risk. Likewise, this option is also able to be customised.
