Basic Verification Labels - Variety of colours

Our Verification Labels provide a simple and highly visible way to record and identify when equipment, machinery, products or other items have been verified.

Each label features a bold VERIFICATION heading with clearly defined BY and DATE areas, allowing staff, engineers and technicians to record who carried out the verification and when it was completed. The straightforward design makes important verification information easy to identify at a glance.

These Verification Record Labels are particularly suitable for engineering, maintenance, manufacturing, facilities management, workshops and other working environments where equipment and items need to be clearly marked following verification or inspection. They can be applied to equipment, machinery, components, systems and other relevant items.

Available in a choice of Black, Blue, Green, Orange and Red, these Verification Labels can also be incorporated into colour-coded workplace systems. Different colours can be used to distinguish between equipment types, departments, locations, inspection procedures or internal processes where required.

The large writable areas provide plenty of space for recording the relevant name, initials or details of the person carrying out the verification, along with the verification date. The clear VERIFICATION heading helps distinguish these labels from other inspection, service and maintenance labels.

IMPORTANT: The Print Instructions Page should only be used to tell us information that is required to be printed onto your labels. Please do not type anything that you don't want to be printed.

How do I personalise the Label?

To add your print instructions to a personalised product, simply choose a colour (if applicable) and/or select a quantity. Then click 'Add Print Instructions', this will trigger the print instruction screen in which you can enter everything that you require us to print on to your labels.

Will I see how my Label will look before I order?

Our website will NOT show you a preview of how your label will look before you order. This is because our artwork team create your label from scratch using the information you provide with your order and manually adjust the layout to give the best finished design.

Do I get a Label Proof?

Proofs are not provided as default, this is to ensure that we are able to get orders processed on time and maintain our speed of service. If you would like to see a proof of your labels before we go to final print, this can be done upon request. Please ask for a proof in the 'Special Requests' box provided on the Print Instructions window. Requesting a proof may effect the lead time of your order.

What if I'm not 100% sure of something?

If you are not absolutely 100% certain of anything at all, please give us a quick call on 01325 525 675 before purchase. Our Sales Team can then help you make sure there are no oversights and communicate any specific requirements to the production team. We are here to help and make sure you get exactly what you want.

It is your responsibilty as a buyer, to inform us of all requirements in your print instructions, either before or at the time of order. No assumptions at all should be made.
