Our Personalised Medium Super Stick LEV Satisfactory Labels provide a professional way to record Local Exhaust Ventilation test information while displaying your own company branding and contact details.

Each Personalised LEV Test Label features a prominent LEV TEST SATISFACTORY heading and tick symbol, making the recorded test status easy to identify. Dedicated writable fields are provided for the LEV Number, Test Date, Next Test Due and Examiner, allowing essential information from the LEV examination to be recorded directly on the label.

The lower section can be custom printed with your company logo and contact details, giving engineers and LEV testing companies an opportunity to leave their branding clearly displayed on equipment following a satisfactory test. This also provides the equipment owner with a visible reference to the company responsible for the testing.

Measuring 100mm x 75mm, these medium-sized LEV Testing Labels provide a larger writing and personalisation area than our Midi LEV labels, while maintaining a clear, easy-to-read layout suitable for use on Local Exhaust Ventilation equipment.

These Personalised LEV Inspection Labels are suitable for LEV engineers, inspection companies, maintenance businesses and organisations carrying out LEV testing across factories, workshops, manufacturing facilities and other industrial environments.

Available in Black, Green, Light Blue, Dark Blue and Purple, the labels can be selected to complement your company branding or existing identification system.

IMPORTANT: The Print Instructions Page should only be used to tell us information that is required to be printed onto your labels. Please do not type anything that you don't want to be printed.

How do I personalise the Label?

To add your print instructions to a personalised product, simply choose a colour (if applicable) and/or select a quantity. Then click 'Add Print Instructions', this will trigger the print instruction screen in which you can enter everything that you require us to print on to your labels.

Will I see how my Label will look before I order?

Our website will NOT show you a preview of how your label will look before you order. This is because our artwork team create your label from scratch using the information you provide with your order and manually adjust the layout to give the best finished design.

Do I get a Label Proof?

Proofs are not provided as default, this is to ensure that we are able to get orders processed on time and maintain our speed of service. If you would like to see a proof of your labels before we go to final print, this can be done upon request. Please ask for a proof in the 'Special Requests' box provided on the Print Instructions window. Requesting a proof may effect the lead time of your order.

What if I'm not 100% sure of something?

If you are not absolutely 100% certain of anything at all, please give us a quick call on 01325 525 675 before purchase. Our Sales Team can then help you make sure there are no oversights and communicate any specific requirements to the production team. We are here to help and make sure you get exactly what you want.

It is your responsibilty as a buyer, to inform us of all requirements in your print instructions, either before or at the time of order. No assumptions at all should be made.
