Extra Large Personalised Boiler Service Record Labels - Design 1

Our Extra Large Personalised Boiler Service Record Labels (100mm x 75mm) – Design 1 provide a clear and professional way for engineers to record boiler servicing and maintenance visits directly on the appliance or installation. Each label is personalised with your company name, contact details and full colour logo, helping gas engineers maintain a professional appearance while leaving clear service records for customers.

These boiler service labels are designed to be applied after a boiler service, inspection or routine maintenance visit. The label includes clearly defined fields for Service Date and Serviced By, allowing engineers to quickly record servicing details and maintain a clear service history on the appliance.

Boiler service record labels play an important role in gas safety compliance and preventative maintenance, helping property owners and engineers keep track of when appliances have been serviced and when the next inspection may be required. They are commonly used by Gas Safe registered engineers working on boilers, gas fires, heating systems, commercial plant rooms and other gas appliances.

Manufactured from self-adhesive, thick and highly durable Polyolefin, these labels are water resistant, non-rip and easy to write on, ensuring they remain visible and readable even in demanding environments such as boiler cupboards, service areas and plant rooms.

Our Extra Large Boiler Appliance Service Record Labels are available in a range of colours including Green, Blue, Purple, Yellow, Red, Grey and Dark Blue, allowing engineers to match labels with company branding or internal maintenance identification systems.

Personalised boiler service labels also help reinforce your brand, ensuring customers can easily identify the engineer or company responsible for maintaining the appliance.

For best results, apply labels to clean, smooth and dry surfaces to ensure strong adhesion and long-lasting durability.

How do I personalise the Label?

To add your print instructions to a personalised product, simply choose a colour (if applicable) and/or select a quantity. Then click 'Add Print Instructions', this will trigger the print instruction screen in which you can enter everything that you require us to print on to your labels.

Will I see how my Label will look before I order?

Our website will NOT show you a preview of how your label will look before you order. This is because our artwork team create your label from scratch using the information you provide with your order and manually adjust the layout to give the best finished design.

Do I get a Label Proof?

Proofs are not provided as default, this is to ensure that we are able to get orders processed on time and maintain our speed of service. If you would like to see a proof of your labels before we go to final print, this can be done upon request. Please ask for a proof in the 'Special Requests' box provided on the Print Instructions window. Requesting a proof may effect the lead time of your order.
