Our Silver Standard Size Fire Door ID Labels provide a professional and reliable way to clearly identify and manage your fire door installations. Each label is individually printed with sequential numbering of your choice, ensuring every fire door can be uniquely tracked for safety, compliance, and inspection purposes.

Available in a choice of five bold colours – Black, Blue, Red, Green, and Orange – these labels can also be used for colour coding across different sites, buildings, or departments, making fire door management and maintenance checks more organised.

Labels can be numbered from any starting point you specify (e.g. 001, 002, 003…), and we can also include prefix lettering to identify multiple locations or areas (e.g. MNC001, MNC002 or KJF001, KJF002). Each label can additionally be personalised with your company name, contact details, or a line of text, creating a professional finish that reinforces accountability and safety compliance.

Manufactured on durable silver material, these labels are designed for long-term use and easy application. For best results, apply only to flat, clean, and smooth surfaces.

This will protect the print on the Fire Door ID Label from abrasion and wear & tear. If you have any uncertainties at all regarding these labels, please call us before purchasing.

IMPORTANT: The Print Instructions Page should only be used to tell us information that is required to be printed onto your labels. Please do not type anything that you don't want to be printed.

How do I personalise the Label?

To add your print instructions to a personalised product, simply choose a colour (if applicable) and/or select a quantity. Then click 'Add Print Instructions', this will trigger the print instruction screen in which you can enter everything that you require us to print on to your labels.

Will I see how my Label will look before I order?

Our website will NOT show you a preview of how your label will look before you order. This is because our artwork team create your label from scratch using the information you provide with your order and manually adjust the layout to give the best finished design.

Do I get a Label Proof?

Proofs are not provided as default, this is to ensure that we are able to get orders processed on time and maintain our speed of service. If you would like to see a proof of your labels before we go to final print, this can be done upon request. Please ask for a proof in the 'Special Requests' box provided on the Print Instructions window. Requesting a proof may effect the lead time of your order.

What if I'm not 100% sure of something?

If you are not absolutely 100% certain of anything at all, please give us a quick call on 01325 525 675 before purchase. Our Sales Team can then help you make sure there are no oversights and communicate any specific requirements to the production team. We are here to help and make sure you get exactly what you want.

It is your responsibilty as a buyer, to inform us of all requirements in your print instructions, either before or at the time of order. No assumptions at all should be made.
