Our Heavy Duty Standard Size Fire Door ID Labels – Design 2 are the durable, professional solution for identifying and tracking your fire door installations. Each label is printed with a unique sequential number and a matching Code39 barcode, giving you both visual identification and scannable data capture for inspections, audits, and compliance records.

Made from extra-strong heavy duty adhesive material, these labels are designed to withstand demanding conditions and stay securely in place. They are available in five colours – Black, Blue, Red, Green, and Orange – making it easy to colour-code across multiple sites, departments, or zones.

Numbering can begin at any sequence you require (e.g. 001, 002, 003…). You also have the option to add prefix lettering such as FD001, FD002 or B1-001, B1-002 for site-specific identification. For a fully professional finish, we can also include your company name, contact details, or chosen line of text.

Application Guidance: For best results, apply only to flat, clean, and smooth door surfaces.

This will protect the print on the Fire Door ID Label from abrasion and wear & tear. If you have any uncertainties at all regarding these labels, please call us before purchasing.

IMPORTANT: The Print Instructions Page should only be used to tell us information that is required to be printed onto your labels. Please do not type anything that you don't want to be printed.

How do I personalise the Label?

To add your print instructions to a personalised product, simply choose a colour (if applicable) and/or select a quantity. Then click 'Add Print Instructions', this will trigger the print instruction screen in which you can enter everything that you require us to print on to your labels.

Will I see how my Label will look before I order?

Our website will NOT show you a preview of how your label will look before you order. This is because our artwork team create your label from scratch using the information you provide with your order and manually adjust the layout to give the best finished design.

Do I get a Label Proof?

Proofs are not provided as default, this is to ensure that we are able to get orders processed on time and maintain our speed of service. If you would like to see a proof of your labels before we go to final print, this can be done upon request. Please ask for a proof in the 'Special Requests' box provided on the Print Instructions window. Requesting a proof may effect the lead time of your order.

What if I'm not 100% sure of something?

If you are not absolutely 100% certain of anything at all, please give us a quick call on 01325 525 675 before purchase. Our Sales Team can then help you make sure there are no oversights and communicate any specific requirements to the production team. We are here to help and make sure you get exactly what you want.

It is your responsibilty as a buyer, to inform us of all requirements in your print instructions, either before or at the time of order. No assumptions at all should be made.
