Mini UN 3481 Lithium-ion Battery Labels

These Mini UN 3481 Lithium-ion Battery Labels provide a compact way to visually identify packages containing UN 3481 lithium-ion batteries, with each label measuring 35mm x 32mm. The design features the lithium battery and flame symbol, red diagonal striped border and clearly printed UN 3481 marking.

UN 3481 is used for lithium-ion batteries contained in equipment or packed with equipment. This includes a lithium-ion battery installed inside the equipment it powers, or a battery supplied in the same package as the equipment it is intended to power. This differs from UN 3480, which applies to lithium-ion batteries transported on their own.

The compact 35mm x 32mm format makes these mini UN 3481 labels useful where available packaging space is restricted and a small visual identifier is required. They can be useful for electronics businesses, equipment manufacturers, battery suppliers, warehouses and dispatch departments handling products containing or supplied with lithium-ion batteries.

These small UN 3481 battery stickers are specifically printed with the UN 3481 classification, making them suitable for visual identification of the relevant lithium-ion battery shipment. They should not be confused with UN 3480 lithium-ion battery labels, UN 3090 lithium metal battery labels or UN 3091 lithium metal battery labels, which relate to different battery classifications.

PLEASE NOTE: These particular size labels are not large enough to comply with current lithium battery transport regulations. They are designed for visual identification purposes only, to provide an indication of the parcel's contents. They should not be used as a substitute for the correctly sized regulatory lithium battery mark where one is required.

How do I personalise the Label?

To add your print instructions to a personalised product, simply choose a colour (if applicable) and/or select a quantity. Then click 'Add Print Instructions', this will trigger the print instruction screen in which you can enter everything that you require us to print on to your labels.

Will I see how my Label will look before I order?

Our website will NOT show you a preview of how your label will look before you order. This is because our artwork team create your label from scratch using the information you provide with your order and manually adjust the layout to give the best finished design.

Do I get a Label Proof?

Proofs are not provided as default, this is to ensure that we are able to get orders processed on time and maintain our speed of service. If you would like to see a proof of your labels before we go to final print, this can be done upon request. Please ask for a proof in the 'Special Requests' box provided on the Print Instructions window. Requesting a proof may effect the lead time of your order.

What if I'm not 100% sure of something?

If you are not absolutely 100% certain of anything at all, please give us a quick call on 01325 525 675 before purchase. Our Sales Team can then help you make sure there are no oversights and communicate any specific requirements to the production team. We are here to help and make sure you get exactly what you want.

It is your responsibilty as a buyer, to inform us of all requirements in your print instructions, either before or at the time of order. No assumptions at all should be made.
